Shipping Preparation
Shipping preparation is completed within 1-3 days. We pack our products by hand to ensure they arrive safely and properly.

Packages are shipped with DHL Paket. Shipping is insured and trackable.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout once you provide your delivery address. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €75.

Shipping Times
Please note that shipping times for international orders cannot always be guaranteed. However, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Customs, Taxes, and Additional Fees
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs or import fees may apply, which you will need to cover. These costs are paid directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. It is recommended to check with the respective customs or tax authorities before placing your order. KOTZROCK is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
